To ensure the ongoing reliability of our networks and the safety of our staff and community, we’ll be maintaining Alert Level 3 protocols as the country moves to Alert Level 2. If your building has been disconnected for longer than six months, you will need a Certificate of Verification (COV) prior to reconnection.
Any qualified electrician or inspector can inspect the wiring and provide a COV.
This will need to be shown to the Northpower Approved Contractor when you are ready to liven the connection.
