One of Northpower's qualified New Zealand registered electricians can inspect the wiring in your home, to make sure it's electrically safe.
We can then give you a Certificate of Verification (COV) or advise you on what work will be needed to bring it up to standard.
An electrical COV is often required by insurance and mortgage companies prior to purchasing an older property, or when renewing your home insurance policy.
If you are selling your house, an electrical COV can also be a good selling tool, giving any potential purchasers peace of mind that the property is electrically safe.
Our qualified registered electricians can check on the state of your wiring and fittings and advise of any faults or safety matters that require urgent attention.
Our advice is unbiased and impartial, as we do not conduct any repairs that are required.
To book a COV please contact us to make an appointment for Monday to Friday between 8am – 4.30pm.
Along with your contact details please advise the name you want showing on your COV, and the property ICP number (found on the meter box or on your power bill).Contact us
