Shutdown Notifications
All non-urgent shutdowns will be notified to customers at least 5 working days prior to the shutdown (usually by mail).
If you have not received a notification/letter from Northpower regarding a shutdown, please ensure your contact and postal details are correct with your electricity retailer.
Sometimes due to weather or safety reasons we may be unable to undertake the work on the day advertised. Work will be cancelled or postponed and we will send a notification advising the alternate date.
