Here's how to apply for a role with us and the steps we follow when recruiting new staff.

If your ideal role isn't currently listed, you can register your interest and receive job alerts when suitable roles are posted.
Applications are screened and short-listed. You will be invited to an interview and reference checks will be carried out before Northpower makes a formal offer of employment.
If you're successful, you'll receive an offer of employment. This will be subject to pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening from our Occupational Health team.
Once you're on board you'll take part in Northpower's comprehensive induction process. Working closely with your manager, we'll support you and make your transition into the team as smooth as possible.
