If your ideal role isn't currently listed, you can register your interest and we will contact you if a suitable role arises.
Applications are screened and short-listed. You will be invited to an interview and reference checks will be carried out before Northpower makes a formal offer of employment.
If you're successful, you'll receive an offer of employment. This will be subject to pre-employment medical, including a drug/alcohol screening test and a criminal history check.
We offer a comprehensive onboarding and safety focused induction process. Working closely with your manager, we'll support you and make your transition into the team as smooth as possible.
