As an essential service provider we are taking our responsibilities around the response to COVID-19 very seriously.
We have put in place a number of measures to ensure we can continue to deliver an uninterrupted service to our customers and to protect the vulnerable in our communities. We will continue to monitor the developing situation very closely and will take further action to protect our staff if necessary.
In order to reduce the risk of infection our field and office staff will be practicing “social distancing” where they are required to interact with members of the public - so please don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hand. You can help us by limiting contact with our staff and only visiting our offices or depots if absolutely necessary.
