Northpower works hard to repair storm related faults
Northpower staff were busy from early Monday morning, working hard to repair faults to minimise the power supply outage time for customers. Additional staff were assigned to cope with the workload caused by the stormy conditions.
Northpower Line Charge Increase
Line charges for electricity retailers operating in Northpower’s network will increase from 1 April 2006.
$6 Million Dollar Northpower Line Charge Holiday
Northpower is providing customers with a ‘line charge holiday’ totalling $6 million dollars. The line charge holiday is distributed to all customers connected to Northpower’s lines as at midnight 21st February 2006.
Electricity Rescue Helicopter 2005 Appeal
Northpower and Top Energy joint sponsors of the Electricity Rescue Helicopter presented NEST (Northland Emergency Services Trust) with a cheque for $162,737 today, being the amount raised during the 2005 Appeal.
2005 Annual Report Announcement
Northpower is pleased to announce a net profit for the financial year ending 31 st March 2005 of $11.8m - up 16.7% on last year’s result. The Board has also declared a final dividend of $4,094,650 to be paid to the Northpower Electric Power Trust.
Line charge increase for Energy Retailers operating in Northpower’s network
Line charges for Energy Retailers operating in Northpower’s network will increase from 1 April 2005.
2004 Annual Report Announcement
Northpower is pleased to announce a net profit for the financial year ending 31st March 2004 of $10.1m up 7.7% on last years result. The Board has also declared a final dividend of $3.5m to be paid to the Northpower Electric Power Trust.
