House COV Inspection
Let us take the hassle out of it!
Because finding your next home can be stressful enough, why not let us take the hassle out of it by ensuring your home is electrically safe.

Did you know?
When purchasing an older property, some insurance and mortgage companies require you to obtain an electrical Certificate of Verification (COV) to ensure it is electrically safe and will not require expensive rewiring.
Good News!
This doesn't have to put you off your dream home. Let us take care of it for you. Our full report is guaranteed as we will fix anything not found at our own cost. Our NZ registered Inspectors will do an unbiased and impartial report that will contain:
- The state of your wiring and fittings
- Matters of safety which require urgent attention
- Faults located that will require attention
If selling, an electrical COV report can be a good selling tool. This is a must for ‘peace of mind' and is now a requirement by most insurance and mortgage companies. It could potentially save you thousands of dollars in the future.

Did you know?
We use a spiking gun to check if an underground cable is live before beginning work. This is a clamp which we fix around the cable. Attached to the clamp is a spike, which is driven into the cable by an explosive charge. The charge can be fired by someone who is well away from the cable by pulling a string which is attached to the firing trigger.
