Measuring Internet Speed
The easiest thing to remember when measuring internet is 1 Byte is equivalent to 8 bits (that’s 1’s and 0’s that carry data).
Also, Bytes is represented by a capital ‘B’ and bits is represented by lowercase ‘b’.
For example:
1 GBps is equivalent to 1024MBps
1 MBps is equivalent to 1024KBps
