Company Structure

The Northpower Electric Power Trust (NEPT) was formed to provide consumers with control over their network and to ensure Northpower maintained a uniquely Northland focus.

The Trust appoints five directors who are fully accountable for the company's day-to-day performance and long-term business outcomes. They in turn appoint the Chief Executive. The Chief Executive oversees the Executive team that comprises several heads of divisions including Northpower Network and Northpower Contracting, with the remainder of the team providing essential services to support the business.
